I took Emily to the American Idol concert last weekend. I thought the audience would be similar to the Hannah Montana movie/concert/whatever but no, I wondered if I was at an AARP convention. Who knew they were fans? And by the way, no I am not in that demographic, yet. I must admit it was cool to see the thousands cheering for the Mormon boy. The hometown boy was something too.
