What!?! It's almost March

and I still haven't mentioned Christmas.  All of the grandkids, their parents and grandparents, (and aunts, uncles and cousins:) stayed in a house together at Lake Tahoe, CA.  It is always loud, crazy, chaotic and entertaining to have all of the familia together.  Reese and Adelaide love wearing their princess dresses and shoes.

We didn't have time to prepare our normal Christmas Eve program, but the kids sang Jingle Bells wearing their Peru hats and sitting in their sled/box.

Luke was not sure what was happening.

Then we acted out the Nativity.  Jon handed Luke to Kirsten (who is the designated Mary) and Luke twisted around and fell to the floor.  It didn't phase Luke but everyone else laughed until they cried which just shows what horrible people we are.

Eric said "no crying he makes" and Emily's friend commented that that is why we can't have nice things.

The grandkids opened their group gift which is always pajamas.

The good people of Peru make clothes.  A favorite of mine are Hanna Anderson pajamas that are made in Peru.  The outlet is nearby so the littles got these striped Christmas jammies.  They wore them Christmas Eve and a lot of Christmas Day.  They looked adorable all matching and snuggly.

Except Adelaide does not like posing for the photos.

These three could

 have posed all day,

silly kids.

And cute siblings.

Even Emily had the striped pajamas

and matched with Reese.

They all got books so we read a few.

Everyone was fascinated with Eric's gift from Jonathon

but no one was more excited than Eric that he got a horse.

The new princess dresses just went right over the jammies.

Reese was so happy that she got that Snow White dress that she needed a hug.

And everyone got their own castle.

Max also loved his brother's train.

It is always fun to see the grandkids

and their parents

who use to be kids

on Christmas morning.

It was a very

Merry Christmas!
